For many years, gardening was a pastime that would require know-how, work, and luck. While that is pretty much still true, technology is now available to make these tasks a bit less daunting and increase the likelihood of one’s dream plants and flowers sprouting proudly.

Advances in areas such as sensors, robotics, and increasingly AI are enabling gardeners to take some of the guesswork out of planting and maintaining gardens, monitoring conditions and adjust ing parameters such as watering cycles. And, the wealth of information available through online apps and websites can help gardeners navigate through many gardening scenarios.
