Stepper/servomotor brakes

Front-end stepper/servomotor brakes feature high torque in a "failsafe" permanent-magnet brake design. When the power is off, the brake is on. The brakes' plug-in design incorporates a torsionally rigid coupling which accepts misalignment. True NEMA 23, 34, and 42 sizes are available in both 24 and 90V dc. Catalog #SSB-1 offers photographs, drawings, dimensional specifications, and technical data on stepper/servomotor brakes.
