Advanced polymeric components are for rotating or reciprocating critical-service pumps and compressors. Brochure discusses XC-2(reg), a carbon fiber-reinforced Victrex(reg) PEEK(TM) advanced composite for rings and bushings. A properties chart is included and bar graphs compare the tensile strength and coefficient of friction vs. PTFE, polyimide-filled, stainless steel, and brass. Information on custom rings, seals, and bushings is also provided.
