The 1-Q-EC 35V amplifier provides electronic commutation for brushless dc motors. Feedback is achieved via Hall-effect sensors built into the motor. Speed is determined via the bus voltage, eliminating the need for an additional signal voltage or potentiometer. Inputs select direction or disable power using TTL, CMOS, or a switch. The output power stage is designed using MOSFET technology. Supply voltage is 12 to 35V dc, with a 4V drop to the motor.
