Sanders 3-D model maker provides direct casting of models made from a thermoplastic material similar to wax. The patterns are built using CAD files which can be developed from customer submissions of paper or 2-D drawings. Precision of ±0.002 inches XYZ can be achieved, as well as detail and surface finishes.
