MCV isolation two- and three-way subminiature valves feature a valve state feedback capability. A shaft connected to the valve's plunger moves 2 mm upon the valve's actuation. This action can trigger a microswitch, and is a means to monitor a valve's state. Applications include analytical and automated chemistry ones including solvent delivery, flushing, diverting, and sampling where confirmation of a valve's state is important in verifying the integrity of the process, research experiment, or manufacturing operation.
