Micropower LP3470 power-on-reset voltage monitor is ±1% accurate over the entire temperature range of -20 to 85C and with guaranteed reset valid down to V(cc)=0.5V. The voltage monitor, housed in a SOT23-5 package, generates a reset output whenever the supply voltage falls below preset specifications. Maximum flexibility for power-on-reset and supervisory functions is provided with an adjustable reset time-out period. The LP3470 is available in six, standard, reset-threshold voltages: 2.63, 2.93, 3.08, 4, 4.38, and 4.63V.
