Metal single crystals

High-purity metal single crystals include gold, platinum, and palladium metals, which are used in surface chemistry experiments. Purities are to 6Ns, and are fabricated by electron beam float zone refining and Czochralski and Bridgman techniques. Sizes from 1/4 to 1 inch diameter and 1 mm to 1 inch long are available.
