Usage Based Controls(TM) system for use in retrofit projects can integrate with a variety of facility management systems through either a BACnet(TM)- compatible or Modbus(TM) interface. Brochure explains how airflow may be controlled according to the presence of an operator in front of the fume hood. A life-cycle cost comparison between constant and variable volume and Usage Based Controls over a ten-year period is also included.
