XLdp transmitter is for precise, reliable measurement and control of low pressure and gas flows. The transmitter features an Si-Glass, highly sensitive, variable-capacitance sensor with a micromachined silicon diaphragm that deflects only microns. Data sheet describes performance, environmental, functional, and physical characteristics, as well as electrical specifications.
