Model AP033 high-performance active differential probe is for use with oscilloscopes and offers differential measurement capability with a bandwidth of 500 MHz. Gain and attenuation factors range from 10X gain to 100X attenuation, and noise is 5 nV per root Hz. The wide offset range of the AP033, up to ±250 divisions on the scope screen, enables it to capture and measure small signal characteristics riding on top of larger signals. The AP033 can accurately measure small signal features in a wide range of circuits.
