The DI18 brushless dc motor is for computer peripheral, medical and laboratory equipment, fan, blower, and pump applications. The motor features a three-phase system with a neodymium magnet for high temperatures, no brush wear, low inertia rotor for quick stop and start applications, and a rugged aluminum construction. The motor is available in four sizes: 1.8 inches, 6 oz; 2.3 inches, 9 oz; 2.8 inches, 12 oz; and 3.3 inches, 15 oz. Depending on size, continous stall torque measures 9 to 28 oz per inch. Optional features include two-wire control.
