SMT voltage-controlled oscillators are for frequency-control products for wireless communications. Featuring phase noise down to -120 dBc/Hz at 100 KHz, the CSM and CZM Series voltage-controlled oscillators are for applications where high frequency and linear modulation are required. Available on tape and reel packaging and in frequencies ranging from 40 MHz to 4 GHz, the CSM/CZM Series delivers -15 dBc harmonic suppression and provides a linear wideband turning range.
