Model 2600 flow switch operates by a two-mode design: set point and by-pass. The set point is achieved either by increasing or decreasing liquid flow at the calibrated set point of the flow switch. A magnet-equipped shuttle being displaced at the calibrated set point actuates the hermetically sealed reed switch housed within the removable bonnet assembly. The by-pass mode operates to allow for high flow, but still maintains the low pressure drop.
