SM7140 capacitive accelerometer provides a calibrated, compensated, and amplified output and combines a stable, silicon capacitive-sensor element and a precision ASIC signal-processing chip in a rugged plastic enclosure with a shielded cable and connector. The SM7140 has a flat frequency response from dc up to 4 kHz in the 300 acceleration force of gravity at sea-level range.
