Pocket Coolers(TM) fan heat sinks cool Ball Grid Array (BGA) chips. The heat sinks measure between 7 to 15 mm, and have a minimum life of 50,000 hours at 25C. Pocket Coolers also feature low-profile assembly and allow fast installation to ICs through the use of a common two-pin connector. The heat sinks are available with or without a pre-applied interface material. Applications include those where space is at a premium, including those using compact peripheral connection interface recommendations.
