LC584A digital oscilloscope captures signals using 1 GHz amplifiers, sampling rates up to 8 gm/sec, and 8 Mbytes of acquisition of memory. Catalog provides information on oscilloscopes; probes, amplifiers, and accessories; and arbitrary waveform generators.
