Vibrator bowl system

The smartEDDY(TM) vibrator bowl system provides high-speed, fully automated, non-destructive testing and inspection of a wide range of metal parts. The system accepts large quantities of non-oriented parts, and orients the parts and moves them through an inspection station. Parts with flaws, missing operation, improper heat treatment, wrong size, etc. are rejected. The system incorporates contact-free, fast, flexible, and accurate eddy-current test technology to ensure that 100%-inspection capability is achieved.
