Filterseal(TM) custom part for automotive applications combines the functions of a mesh screen with the sealing performance of an elastomer to act as a seal and filter in one. By molding the elastomer seal to a component, product design and assembly are simplified with one part instead of two. Elastomer materials available include silicone, Viton(TM), and others.
