Delrin(reg) 127UV acetal resin is used in a gun-sling swivel and provides quiet operation, does not rust, and will not mar the stock finish. The molded part has smooth, rounded surfaces and is retained on a weapon's stud by a stainless-steel bolt coated with Teflon(reg) PTFE fluoropolymer resin. Delrin provides resistance to ultraviolet light, and the swivel is unaffected by gun lubricants and cleaning oils.
