Solder spheres

Solder spheres are monitored and controlled within ±0.001 inch tolerance. Measurements are made in at least two directions to determine the sphericity of each sphere. Packages exceed JEDEC and J-STD-013 requirements. Alloy compositions are available containing lead and lead-free alternatives.
