SR Series precision positioning stages have segmented cylinder linear bearing elements and optimize stage stability and smoothness of travel. The bearing design approach combines the benefits of a line-contact linear bearing with the stability and damping features of a pure friction dove-tail element. The micrometer-driven positioning stages are for scientific, micro-electronic, instrumentation, and medical applications, as well as applications where precise adjustments of automation equipment are required.
