Crastin(reg) 5000 PBT family of resins include HR5030F and HR5015F versions for automotive electrical connectors. The resins are hydrolysis- and impact-resistant and contain 30 and 15% glass fiber reinforcement, respectively. The resins retain toughness and strength when subjected to the heat and humidity conditions of USCAR Class III and other test protocols.
