KQ2 Series One-Touch pneumatic fittings allow for tube insertion and release without the use of tools. A collet and chuck configuration provides holding force and leak-free sealing under positive and negative pressure without reduced flow. Pressing the release collar releases both the chuck and collet to provide a low disconnect force for easy tube removal. The fittings are available in inch and metric sizes. The inch version includes 38 different body shapes and covers 1/8- to 1/2-inch tube sizes and port sizes from 10/32 UNF to 1/2 inch. The metric version has 48 different body shapes and accommodates tube sizes from 3.2 to 16 mm and port sizes from M3 to 1/2 inch.
