Type SSR super-silent LM guide features a special ball retainer and offers virtually noiseless operation along with increased speed and durability. Surrounded by the retainer, the balls roll along four precisely ground rolling grooves on the LM rail and the LM block. The retainer also helps maintain the spacing of the balls, which prevents friction. Acting as oil pockets, the ball retainers enhance grease retention and long-term, maintenance-free conditions.
