Radio frequency integrated circuit test systems include the HP RF94000 mixed-signal test system, which meets the test requirements of highly integrated systems-on-a-chip that include radio frequency functionality. The system includes 12 flexible RF ports with five RF sources backed by a dedicated digital signal processing capability for managing RF parameters such as S-parameters or adjacent channel power.
