EdgeCam 3.0 32-bit CAM software for Windows 95 and NT features operational programming, direct machining of splines or NURBS for Fanuc(TM) and Heidenhain(TM) controls, and optimized link moves. Operational programming enhances and simplifies routines that require programmer-machining knowledge. Part features such as pockets or machining routines, such as drilling, counterboring, reaming, and threading, can be grouped and, by selecting a generic operation from a series of dialogue boxes, relative parameters can be input.
