SP2k rotary knife controller motion-control software package is for the converting and labeling industries. The software is for use with the SP2k Series of digital-positioning brushless servodrives as an integrated motion-control system for rotary processes on continuous-feeding or intermittent WEBs. The setup process begins by defining key variables the system uses to customize itself to the application. These variables are stored in battery-backed, non-volatile system RAM. After the variables are downloaded to the SP2k, the system does the rest.
