NYMAX(TM) GMF 1200 A 40 HS mineral and glass-fiber-filled nylon 6/6 compound was used in the Chevrolet Corvette's injection-molded radiator support system. The material delivers high heat deflection temperatures of 473F and thermal stability to withstand high under-hood temperatures. The NYMAX compound also provides rigidity and impact resistance to the part.
