Tracker T800 mid-size industrial blow molding machine uses a Camac 486 control running a Quality Tracking System (QTS). This system lets the control correct for back pressure and material viscosity changes to eliminate their influence on parison formation, even when wall thickness varies drastically throughout the shot. QTS also regulates dual-head refill according to the shot length setpoint entered by the operator, who no longer has to adjust the back pressure valve on each head to maintain refill synchronization.
