Carbide materials

Ferro-Tic(reg) titanium carbide materials are used in tooling and wear parts. Grinding Quill material has an influence on the dimensional control and surface finish of small bores under 2 inches. Ferro-Tic also features a low density and high elastic modulus, and reduces quill design tolerances and chatter. Applications include those that require a material with a high specific modulus such as diamond-roll dresser spindles.
