Oil-less design
Double-diaphragm Series 2207 vacuum pumps are designed for users requiring a long-lasting, smooth operating vacuum pump that can tolerate moderately aggressive media. They are of oil-less design with permanently lubricated bearings and stainless-steel valves. Aluminum components are dichromate conversation treated. CHECK VALVE
With low pressure drop
The company's check valves are designed to operate without the need for any adjustment or settings. They feature a straight-through design that causes them to have a lower pressure drop than any other check valve designs of the same size, according to the company. They feature all-plastic construction, so they will not stick, jam, or fail as a result of rust or corrosion. They are available to fit 4-, 6-, or 8-inch pipelines. GAS SPRINGS
Available in two models
Two new models have been added to the company's T3 Series of gas springs: the T3-170 with a 19 mm diameter and stroke lengths from 7 to 125 mm, and the T3-320 with a 25 mm diameter and stroke lengths from 7 to 125 mm. These products extend the line to 11 models with contact forces from 380 to 21,400 lbs. Both feature a bottom port for gas charging that can also connect to the Micro EZ™ Hose System; also, both incorporate an upper ISO-standard C-groove and threaded bottom hole to allow for a range of mounts. SOLENOID VALVE
Operates without lubrication
Featuring an operating temperature range of -40 to 176F, the 98000 Series control valves are offered with an 8 mm orifice that fills a requirement within the harsh operating environments of the chemical and process industries. They operate without lubrication, and have been type tested to IEC 61508. They are certified to safety integrity level 4, and are available with a variety of protection class solenoids. AIR CYLINDERS
Two stage
The company has released a proprietary product line of two-stage air cylinders; the second stage mounts entirely on the extension of the piston in the first stage for applications that require two independent axial forces operating in line on the same centerline. VENTURI VACUUM PUMPS
Lightweight
The company's JV vacuum pumps are lightweight venturi vacuum generators that can be used with high speed, high vacuum, pick-and-place systems, and provide millisecond attach-and-release. It is offered in PTFE, FEP, and PFA; these materials can be extruded in sizes from 0.125 to 4 inches, and they are engineered to achieve small bend diameters without reducing the flow within the inside diameter of the tube. AIR-SAVING VALVE
360 degree rotation
The ASR (pressure valve) and ASQ (flow valve) are designed to respond to customers' needs for saving energy. The ASR consists of a regulator with check valve and speed controller; the ASQ consists of a quick supply/exhaust valve and speed controller (meter-in, meter-out). Designed for high-efficiency, continuous-duty pumping of low-viscosity liquids, SMF 4 Series miniature diaphragm pumps are widely used in fuel cells and HVAC applications. They are used in medical, laboratory, and industrial settings. The pumps are 3.35 inches in length and weigh 6.4 oz. They have a top-rated fluid flow of up to 270 ml/min, a maximum height of 472 inches H2O, and a maximum suction height of 276 inches H2O.
