The MultiPro(TM) and 2000 Series of automation controllers feature a programmable limit switch capability that allows state synchronization of digital outputs based upon a servo axis position. A single axis can control two banks of eight digital outputs. Response times of one millisecond provide high performance control during critical portions of a product cycle. Applications include machine control ones such as packaging operations that perform high-speed gluing. Programming is fully integrated into the Quickstep(TM) State Language.
